Please note:

  • Broad availability: To better serve you, we offer a variety of times, but to ensure quality service, each therapist stops accepting appointments after completing 5 hours of massage in a day or 20 in a week.
    (Feel free to schedule in any open time slots)
    Less than 7 Days out: The schedule only offers appointments adjacent to other existing appointments.

  • Walk-In/Same Day Appointments: You must schedule/call even if you want to be seen 5 minutes from now. We generally do not accept walk-ins. (We may be in a session or running an errand)
  • CANCELLATIONS:
    • Same-Day Appointments: You have a 10 Minute Window to cancel. After 10 Minutes, a cancellation fee applies.
    • If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, or you may be subject to charges. If you can’t call 48 hours ahead, calling 2 hours in advance is better than not calling at all.
    • A 72-hour cancellation notice is required for premium services: anything over 90 minutes long, $180+ in price, utilizing more than one therapist (Couples or Concurrent sessions), or anytime you have multiple sessions in a day, even with the same therapist. Hot stone massages are another service requiring a 72-hour notice to cancel.
    • A Rapid Response Voice & Text Cancellation Number is provided when your appointment is booked. This number is not available for booking or questions. It is a rapid notification system if your number is associated with a current appointment.
