He earned 1200 hours of training in massage therapy, and has completed an average of about 12 hours of continuing education each year since.

Continuing education: Hours of Pre/Peri/Post Natal (32 Hours); Elderly Massage; Sports Massage; Sweedish Thai and Table Top Thai (24 Hours); Pharmacology for massage (12 Hours)

Style:
Focusing on therapeutic work, you’ll leave with pain relief, improved mobility and flexibility in addition to just being relaxed and experiencing stress relief.

Each session is customized based on your needs and goals. A typical session includes some stretching, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, basic reflexology, and generally firm Swedish work.

Basically deeper work without the discomfort generally associated with it. Often patients leave feeling better than they have after years of other therapies.

For sensitive people, I default to unscented hypoallergenic lotion that is well absorbed to keep you from feeling oily or greasy when you leave .
